my Story
When I first watched the movie Braveheart, I was a teenage girl living in a small town in China, dreaming of far-off places and grand adventures. I was enchanted by the sweeping landscapes of Scotland and captivated by William Wallace's fearless pursuit of freedom. Yet, the scene that touched my heart the deepest was the secret, tender wedding of William and Murron.
Under the veil of night, Murron slipped away from her family to be with William. Alone except for the whispering trees and a single priest, they pledged their lives to one another in the heart of the woods. William's voice was a solemn vow as he promised, "I will love you my whole life, you and no other." Murron's response was just as heartfelt, "And I you, you and no other, forever."
To this day, that’s the most beautiful wedding ceremony I have ever seen on screen.
My teenage self secretly vowed that if I ever met the man of my dreams and chose to marry, that would be the perfect way to celebrate our love—private, intimate, romantic, and sacred. I never knew such a beautiful union was called an elopement.
When I became a photographer, my heart nudged me toward this path, and I knew with certainty that capturing the essence and romance of elopements would be my artistic devotion.

how long have you been doing this?
I started pursuing photography as a full-time profession in 2024. However, my passion for art and photography stretches back much further. I received my bachelor's degree from Goldsmiths College, an art school in London, where I studied Animation and Illustration. I later graduated with a master’s degree in Communications from Georgetown University, where I wrote many papers about social influences on cinematography. Those years of studying various forms of art honed my eye for composition, color, and emotion.
wILL YOU TRAVEL FOR ELOPEMENTS?
Absolutely! I love to travel for photography. Capturing love stories in different corners of the world is an incredible adventure that I deeply cherish. I’m especially drawn to the vibrant atmospheres of big cities like Paris, Rome, and Tokyo, where the blend of romance and culture creates unforgettable backdrops. I’ve also been eagerly waiting for a couple who wants to elope at Burning Man. Wherever your dreams take you, I'm excited to be there, capturing your journey and the unique beauty of each location you choose.
Do you pose your couple?
I guide my couples into poses, but instead of rigid positions, I encourage them to engage in small activities, like walking hand-in-hand, running, or sharing a quiet moment. To create that cinematic vibe, I often ask them to focus on each other rather than looking at the camera. This approach helps couples feel at ease and results in genuine, heartfelt images that capture their unique love story.

My clients frequently mention feeling incredibly comfortable and at ease during our sessions. They appreciate my professionalism, noting that I handle every detail with care and expertise.
